All of our items come with free delivery to mainland UK, please read below for further info

All of our items on our website include delivery to mainland UK only with the exception of certain items which clearly highlight on the product page the additional charge for certain postcodes . Northern Ireland and surrounding isles are still available for selected items so please get in touch with the item you are interested in and we can advise carriage charge. Due to the fragile nature of our items we do not ship any items outside of the UK.

Our aim for delivery is simple, to get your purchase to you in the quickest but also the safest way. We have special delivery for the Highlands of mainland UK, please get in touch for our delivery options

Delivery times

These vary depening on the item, smaller accessories such as ornaments, candle holdeers and lighting are generally delivered within 7 days. A lot of our pieces are heavy and fragile so we cannot use the normal overnight carriers. We have our own delivery team who would contact you once you havd placed your order to advise delivery day and guide time. For larger pieces this is generally within 2 weeks however we will contact you first to advise.

Large items

A lot of the larger pieces (excluding dining tables and chairs) are fully assembled so we either deliver these using our own delivery vans or we can use specialised carriers, the time frame usually for an in stock item we quote is approx 14-17 days however that can vary depending on your location but we always strive to have this with you as soon as is possible, if you wished to ring us we could give a guide as to the time scale. To keep our prices low we only offer a one man delivery service to a ground floor location only. For items that we deliver using our own delivery van the driver will assist getting the item into your home. The driver cannot navigate any flights of stairs for any delivery, we always recommend an able body who can lift when receiving a delivery from us. When we use outside delivery networks it is classed as a kerbside delivery only, the driver will not assist. If you are unsure in any way please get in touch and we can explain in more detail on the delivery of the item you are interested in. If you would like a 2 man delivery service please get in touch with the item you are interested in and your location and we can advise of the price.

Smaller items such as single chairs, lighting etc are sent with normal couriers and are a door service. Most of our products have a specific outline of their own delivery terms, for your convenience, under the “Delivery” tab of the product description. Some of our items are sourced direct from the manufacturer and as such may take between 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. As we always suggest, if you have any specific requirements please do not hesitate to get in touch.
